Shipping and Returns
Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the continental US.
Orders under $50 will be shipped for a $10 flat rate fee.

We want you to be happy with your order! If you'd like to return your order simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. If the refund request is due to a Product Quality issue, we will send you a return label to return the product to us. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges.
If the refund request is for any other reason, once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We do not provide return labels and you are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs incurred to ship your order to you. Just make sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label!
Products must be returned to us in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Clearance, discontinued or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on. If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card or an exchange can be made.
